Contract Terms

Booking Terms

A 30% non refundable deposit is required when the booking is made. This must be paid via a bank transfer ( the account details will be forwarded to you by email, fax or phone ). The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Please note that the deposit is non refundable should you wish to cancel the booking or vacate the apartment earlier than originally booked.

A deposit between 300-500 € must be paid in advance for any loss or damage that may occur to the property. This can be paid via a valid credit card or via cash on arrival. The 300 € will be refunded upon departure upon a satisfactory inspection for any loss or damage.

Upon arrival you will be given an inventory of contents which you will be required to agree and sign. The apartments will only be rented for a minimum of two days if your stay falls over weekend includes either a Friday or Saturday.

On Spanish fiestas the apartment will be rented for a minimum of the duration of the fiesta. Only bookings of a minimum of three days will be accepted.

Once the booking has been confirmed we will require your estimated time of arrival via email or phone. These details appear on your confirmation email.

The Apartments

Bed linen, blankets and towels will be provided . The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern commodities. The apartments are maintained with the utmost standard but should you experience any problems during your stay you will be able to contact the managing agent at any time.

The prices for the apartments vary according to how many rooms are used. Therefore the cost for upto two people will be based on the use of one bedroom, the cost for upto 4 people will be based on the use of two rooms and upto 6 people on the three bedrooms.

Cots will be provided on request.

Pets are not allowed.

Should you have any queries you will be able to contact our staff at anytime prior to your arrival or during your stay on the telephone number indicated on your confirmation email.

Check in time is between 16'00 - 22'00 hrs. Check out is at Noon (Luggage can be custodied when request). Should you wish to check in outside of these times please let us know at the time of booking. However should you arrive after 22'00 hrs without prior notification your booking will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation

The 30% deposit is non refundable however should you cancel with a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the arrival date, half of the deposit paid will be refunded. Please note the administration charges to transfer the funds back to you will be deducted from the refunded amount.
